この利用規約はMojang社が提供するMinecraftの

EULA

を基調とし、これを厳守するものとする。
また、日本国及び米国の法律を遵守すること。

利用規約

第１条目的

我が制作物に対し、保護を行うこと。
混乱・トラブルが発生しないようにすること。

第２条制限事項

禁止事項は以下のとおりである。
・MinecraftのEULAに反する行為
・制作者に対する名誉棄損や侮辱行為
・制作者が不利になる行為
・誤解が招かれる行為
・自作発言
・その他ZHISが不適切と判断した行為

第３条許可事項

許容範囲は以下のとおりである。
・YouTubeやニコニコ動画、Twitterなどで第２条に抵触しない範囲にて動画投稿や配信などを行うこと。
・MAPの改変

第４条連絡

・不明な点等があればZHISに連絡を行うこと。
・ZHISに紹介されたり、SNSなどへの投稿を行った際にコメントやリプライ等に軽い宣伝（その作品の新作が出た等）をされてもよいこと

Terms of Use for Minecraft Distribution Data

Preamble

This terms of use is based on the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by Mojang for Minecraft, and it shall be strictly adhered to. Additionally, compliance with the laws of Japan and the United States is required.

Terms of Use

Article 1: Purpose

The purpose is to protect our creations and prevent confusion or trouble from arising.

Article 2: Restrictions

The prohibited actions are as follows:
・Actions that violate the EULA of Minecraft
・Actions that harm the reputation of the creator or involve insults
・Actions that disadvantage the creator
・Actions that cause misunderstandings
・False claims
・Other actions that ZHIS deems inappropriate

Article 3: Permissions

The permissible activities include:
・Posting videos, streams, etc., on platforms like YouTube, Nico Nico Douga, and Twitter within the limits that do not violate Article 2
・Modification of maps

Article 4: Contact

・Contact ZHIS if there are any uncertainties
・It is permissible to make light promotions (such as announcing new works) in comments, replies, etc. when introducing ZHIS or making posts on social media
